The Art of Yoga School®️ was established in 2016 in Austin Texas. Since its formation, AOYS has hosted over 30 retreats and adventures in various locations all over the world, and we are thrilled to host our 200 hour YTT and small classes at our private studio in Central Austin over the last few years.

In person, Austin Texas 200 Hour Teacher Training. Option to complete your final hours and teaching exam on retreat in Guatemala on Lake Atitlán!
Guatemala is the “land of eternal spring” - In January you can expect the highs in the low 80s during the day, and a cool 60 degrees in the morning/evening.
