ITINERARY (Slight changes possible)
DAY 1: Arrive at Guatemala City Airport by 2pm. Hour drive to lodging for our 4 nights. If we all arrive early, easy walking to take it the local sights (guided by Singer), time for a late lunch/light snack. Freshen up before dinner as a group around 8pm. Antigua is beautiful at night and safe to walk around!
DAY 2: Breakfast at Hotel. Yoga in the garden. Walk to lunch at local farm. (30 min walk). Guided tour of Antigua .Free time after guided tour for shopping in town, swimming in the hotel pool or massages. Dinner together as a group.
DAY 3: Full-day Pacaya Volcano + Hot Springs Tour from 7am-7pm. Late Dinner back in Antigua as a group (within 2-4 blocks of hotel)
DAY 4: Breakfast at Hotel. MorningYoga in the garden. Optional group excursion to visit local art gallery. Lunch on our own. Last day to lounge by the pool, book a massage, or do more shopping! Dinner together later.
DAY 5: Breakfast at Hotel. Morning Yoga in the garden. Ride to airport for flights home.

$1050 Twin Bed at Casa Casi (6 bed Bunk Room)
PRicing Includes:
$350 non-refundable deposit per person to signup (included in $1050 total cost. Pay $350 now and $700 balance 45 days before the trip)
4 nights lodging at Casa Casi in shared bunk room (6 twin beds/ females only and just our group)
Breakfast all 4 days
3 Yoga Classes
Volcano Tour (hike or horseback ride to go up)
Thermal Hot Springs Entry & 30 Min Massage after the Volcano Tour (Includes lunch this day)
Ground transportation on dates of the trip (to/from Antigua and Guatemala City Airport) with private drivers (that Singer has used several times before)
Does not include: Roundtrip flights into Guatemala City, Travel Insurance (required), Lunches and Dinners, Gratuity for hotel staff and drivers.
Remaining balance is due 45 days before the trip, and non-refundable after this date.
Casa Casi - one of Singer’s first Retreat locations years ago! Feutures a pool (which in April will be super nice!) and onsite coffee shop. Breakfast at the hotel each morning.

Each 6 bed bunk room has its own bathroom. Full cost for this option is $1050 per person

Singer has brought over 8 groups to Guatemala in the past 5 years, and she visits on average twice a year on her own! The ideal months to travel to Guatemala are November through early April.
Singer Mayberry is your guide & trip leader with activities, yoga or pilates, fine dining and excursions planned for each day. This will be her 9th trip to Antigua . Travel with other adventurous women! We will eat well, explore the beautiful surroundings, and rejuvenate in this magical land.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to hold your spot, and is included in the total cost per person above. View full policy further down. Monthly installments to pay off the remaining balance will start 14 days after your deposit is paid, on the 1st or 15th of each month, with the final installment paid 45 days before this trip.
If retreat is less than 45 days away, full payment is required at sign-up.

FLIGHTs: It will be ideal to try and book a flight arriving by 2pm on the the first day so we can all ride together to Antigua.
And then departing no earlier than 2pm on final day.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to hold your spot, and is included in the total cost per person. The $350 deposit is non-refundable even if the trip is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen reasons (including travel bans, safety, weather, global health concerns). If for any reason a trip is canceled, you will however be able to transfer your $350 deposit to a future trip with the AOYS within 1 year (*only one transfer can be made. Once a deposit or any money is moved to a new trip you are recommitting to that specific trip and dates and it will not be transferable).
If retreat is less than 45 days away, full payment is required at sign-up.
MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS TO PAY OFF THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL START 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID.
For Payment Plans: Your final payment installment must be received 45 Days before this trip begins, and all payments after this date are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation on your part, 75% of your entire payment will be refunded less the $350 non-refundable deposit and a $50 processing fee, only if the cancellation is made 60 days before the scheduled dates for this trip. Payments are non-refundable after this date. We recommend all participants purchase travel insurance just in case.
If trip is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer due to unforeseen reasons (including travel bans, safety, weather, global health concerns), your entire payment will be refunded less the $350 non-refundable deposit. You will have the option to transfer your $350 non-refundable deposit to a future trip with Singer within 1 year (*only one transfer can be made. Once a deposit or any money is moved to a new trip you are recommitting to that specific trip and dates and it will not be transferable).
All attendees will be sent a health and liability waiver to sign online before the dates of this journey, including a photo release waiver (we will not share photos of your face if requested).
We require all participants to purchase Travel Insurance.
THE ART OF YOGA SCHOOL requires each trip member to purchase individual travel insurance for their trip for both international retreats and domestic retreats. We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy. You should purchase travel insurance that includes medical coverage. We recommend you purchase insurance within 1-2 weeks after making your first trip payment (ie. flight or retreat reservation) to secure the best price and best coverage. We use Allianz for travel insurance.
Travel Documents and Immunizations
It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including Visas and other travel documents unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to purchase correct immunizations. Please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.
This is a NON smoking trip: Smoking is not allowed inside of the lodging rooms or public areas (pool, dining, etc). You must be 21 years or older to attend solo. Under 21 is allowed if accompanied by a parent* Please inquire if under 21.
